Custom Order Process and Policies

We will contact you within 5-7 business days with a 3D render for your review.  You will be able to see multiple views of the design; from the front, side, top and at a 3/4 perspective. If there are any changes you need, let us know. We provide two free revisions for minor design changes. Upon approval of the 3D design of your custom design, the production process will begin. Your item will go through multiple steps: from 3D printing, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality control. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Affirm financing. All custom orders must be fully funded before the 3D work can begin.
