This piece is made to order exclusively for you. Our team takes great pride in our craftsmanship and will make every effort to bring your vision to life with care, precision, and attention to detail. We are committed to maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process to ensure your expectations are met.
Please note that all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Production will begin only after full payment has been received. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and our custom order policies.
Your item will go through several stages of production: 3D modeling, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality inspection. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive 3D renderings within 5 business days to review your design and request any minor changes. An additional 3D mock-up can be provided for an extra fee of $90.

Additionally, the gold we use is sourced from verified suppliers who comply with the U.S. Patriot Act.
We also proudly use lab-created gemstones, eliminating mining activity from the process and leaving a smaller carbon footprint.
