At Jamie Park Jewelry, we’ve been making engagement rings by hand in Virginia for nearly a decade. The Stella Ring is one of our most personal designs, and it’s become a quiet favorite for brides who want something that feels genuinely different.
What Makes a Hexagon Diamond Special
Round diamonds are beautiful. But they’re everywhere. A hexagon diamond has a shape that feels both modern and timeless — six clean sides, strong symmetry, and a way of catching light that’s entirely its own.
The hexagon also carries meaning. Found in honeycombs, snowflakes, and crystal structures, it’s one of nature’s most balanced forms. For an engagement ring, that feels right.
How the Stella Ring Came Together
The Stella Ring was designed around one idea: let the hexagon speak for itself.
Instead of a traditional prong or halo setting, we surrounded the center stone with baguette diamonds — thin, rectangular stones that follow the shape of the hexagon and create a clean, architectural frame. The result is a ring that feels geometric without being cold, and refined without being plain.
A delicate milgrain edge runs along the border, adding just enough vintage character to keep the ring from feeling too stark. It’s a small detail, but it makes a difference when you see it in person.
The center stone is a natural 0.41ct hexagon diamond, G-VS quality, set in solid 14K gold.
