RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
• Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. 
• Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
• Contact us for a return label. 
• Missing the original jewelry box and/or the certificate card will result in a 10% restocking fee.
• Customer-selected diamond items will incur a 25% restocking fee for the sourcing and creation of a custom setting.
  
  

Please note:

• Returns NOT accepted or are subject to a restocking fee if return is dropped off beyond 14 days after delivery date.
• Returns NOT accepted if the returned item is worn, used, resized, or items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered.
• Custom-designed, personalized and/or sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
• All shipping is non-refundable.
• Jamie Park Jewelry reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.
