    Sustainable and ethically sourced gemstones and metal are the foundation of our work. We strive for full transparency by working with gemstone dealers who strictly follow the Kimberley Process and are members of the American Gem Trade Association. Additionally, the gold we use is sourced from verified suppliers who comply with the U.S. Patriot Act.

    We also proudly use lab-created gemstones, eliminating mining activity from the process and leaving a smaller carbon footprint.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase. We will be happy to assist. Because all of our pieces are handmade to order, contact us with any questions prior to purchasing. 

    We will gladly send you a resin or wax model if you would like to try a ring at home. Visit here to request a model. 

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Please email our customer service at support@jamieparkjewelry.com to submit a Exchange or Return Request. Your request will be answered by our customer service team within 1-2 business days, and will provide further instructions for sending in your return.
    • SELECT MY DIAMOND items will incur a 15% restocking fee (not to exceed $500) for sourcing and custom modeling.
    • Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. 
    • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.

    PROPOSALS

    If you are purchasing an item for a proposal and the return window does not align with your timeframe, contact us before placing an order. 

    NON-REFUNDABLE
    • Returns NOT accepted if return is dropped off beyond 14 days after delivery date.
    • Returns NOT accepted if the returned item is worn, used, resized, or items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered.
    • Custom-designed, personalized and/or sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
    • All shipping is non-refundable.
    • Jamie Park Jewelry reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.

    Any cancellations must be requested within 1 business days of when the order was placed in order to avoid any additional fees or charges. Please note that all customized orders that are already in production are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

    CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

    STEP 1: Design Consultation

    Once you have submitted your custom order inquiry, you will receive a follow-up email from us within 1-2 business days. We will walk you through determining every single detail necessary. After design confirmation, we will provide you with the total cost and a purchase link. The custom order must be fully paid before production begins.

    STEP 2: CAD Production

    Our team will start CAD production to create a 3D model. You will receive a set of 3D renderings. Two minor adjustments can be made with renderings. Then we proceed to create a final mock-up to confirm your design.

    STEP 3: Production

    Upon your approval, the render will be printed, molded and cast in metal. Our experienced jeweler will polish and set the stones to the custom ring. The production is the longest step but will be well worth the wait.

    STEP 4: Delivery

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that the carrier will require a signature at the shipping address.

     

    Yes, we can work with clients' heirloom gemstones over 1 CT. Please ensure that your heirloom gemstone is appraised and insured before sending it to us.

    RESIZING AND WARRANTY

    Please refer to the ring size chart to help you with sizing. If your Jamie Park Jewelry ring doesn't fit correctly, contact us for complimentary resizing within 6 months of your purchase.

    At Jamie Park Jewelry, crafting sustainable heirloom-quality jewelry is not just a profession; it's a passion. Our commitment to integrity is unwavering, and we proudly stand by the craftsmanship of each creation.

     Your Jamie Park Jewelry item comes with a manufacturer's warranty that covers repairs and replacement for ten years from your purchase date. 

    THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING:

    Throughout the first year from your purchase date, the warranty extends coverage to minor repairs of the metal structure, one ring resizing per purchase, and up to three lost stones measuring under 0.1ct. A replacement fee may apply for severe damages or lost stones, with the warranty covering up to 50% of the replacement cost.

     From the second year to the tenth year from your purchase date, the warranty will cover up to 30% of the cost for repairs and replacements. 

    This warranty coverage is exclusive to Jamie Park Jewelry products only. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or shipping costs. Customers will be solely responsible for shipping costs to and from the designated service location.

    IF YOUR JAMIE PARK ITEM NEEDS TO BE SERVICED:

    Pleasecontact usas soon as possible. Do not continue to wear the piece to avoid any further damage. 

     

    The warranty is void if:

    • The piece was repaired or altered by a third party without our written authorization.
    • The piece is damaged beyond repair.
    • There is some evidence of any sort of tampering.
    • The piece is not created by Jamie Park Jewelry.
