Custom Order Process and Policies
Your item will go through multiple steps: 3D modeling, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality control. Once your order has been confirmed, production begins. You will receive a set of 3D renderings to review and approve your design. An additional 3D mock-up (+$129) is available upon request.
