Custom Order Process and Policies
Your item will go through multiple steps: 3D modeling, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality control. Once your order has been confirmed, production begins. You will receive a gemstone check video after cutting, as well as a 3D rendering to review your design. An additional 3D mock-up is available upon request for an extra $150.
As these items are made to order, please note that all custom orders are final sales and non-refundable. All custom orders must be fully funded before production can begin. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to our custom order policies.
