Custom Order Process and Policies

Your item will go through several stages of production: 3D modeling, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality inspection. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive 3D renderings within 3–5 business days to review your design and request any minor changes. An additional 3D mock-up can be provided for an extra fee of $90 (+1 week).

As this item is made to order specifically for you, please note that all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Custom orders must be fully paid for before production can begin. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to our custom order policies.
