Custom Order Process and Policies

Your item will go through multiple steps: 3D modeling, molding, casting, stone-setting, finishing, and quality control. Once your order has been confirmed, production begins. You will receive a gemstone check video after cutting, as well as a 3D rendering to review your design. An additional 3D mock-up is available upon request for an extra $30.

 Each gemstone is custom-cut specifically for your ring. As these items are made to order, please note that all custom orders are final sales and non-refundable. All custom orders must be fully funded before production can begin. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to our custom order policies.

Layaway 

The one-time plan setup fee of $20 will be charged with the first installment. The plan can be canceled only before the final installment payment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the total refund. Upon receipt of the final installment, the order cannot be canceled.
